Subject: [PATCH] unlockDialog: Fix username reuse on reset

The condition was checking for PROVIDE_USERNAME specifically, but
should also handle REUSE_USERNAME. Check for not DONT_PROVIDE_USERNAME
instead to correctly reuse the username when requested.
